This is well worth reading up on- I'd been suffering from chronic gastritis for months, to the point where it was just ruining my life, and went to a pretty strict Ayurvedic diet. (Strictly Sattva 4 days a week, fish or organic chicken the other 3) I don't feel 100%, but I do feel better. Interestingly enough, these (extremely) ancient dietary rules amazingly mirror what sports nutritionists are saying today.
