He was on my radar but I was mulling a couple options from that team

1922 Specs Toporcer

I noticed the rules were changed this morning. When I looked last night, the rules clearly stated that the 10.5 twist could be any player, including a player selected in the regular draft (i.e. 2015 Greinke). I see this morning the rules were changed and now there's a rule that states any player already drafted is not allowed.

What gives?

There was a typo in that section. I took out the confusing wording. You can twist Greinke, just not to a season already nominated (i.e, 2009 ok).

Ya, that threw me too. I was under the impression you could twist to a season that was already drafted.

I was all set to take Toporcer. Instead, I'll go in a completely different direction and take

I wish somebody would have brought up the contradicting rules. I would have discovered the typo a lot earlier and could have prevented any potential issues.

In how it was written, I honestly assumed the caveat was for the 10.5 player only. That's why I read and re-read the rules in the last few rounds coming up to it, so I didn't get it wrong.

It wasn't until I saw barracuda3's post on only being able to use 2009 Greinke that I realized the rules had been "corrected".

Oh well, crap happens. 2009 will have to do...

I had a dream about spelling toporcers name this afternoon while I was napping. I planned on getting him next round but woke up thinking I should take him this round. I opted for the need at outfield. Should have listened to my dream intuition.

Pitching can be effective but a pitcher needs a catcher who gives him the "confidence" needed to deliver a strike. Managers often rely on a catcher's evaluation. The Catcher is seldom appreciated. To complete, battery"
