Back in the 3rd round I drafted an $875K Blair. There was a version available that was about $400K cheaper, but the version I took had a teammate that I was convinced that I would want to use. Now I'm probably not going to use that teammate, and the way things are shaping up that extra $400K might very well prevent me from filling out my roster the way I want to. Just another example of why I both love and loathe this theme.

trying to feel bad for you...

until i realize i was planning on a $9M Mays in center with a 10-12M second-baseman... instead i have a 19M player at second and will play a 2M Blair in the outfield and try to piece together the extra 200+ PA's with a pile of other scrubs while hoping any of them can catch the many hits my pitchers will be giving up.

shouldn't have tried to wait one more round.
