It was barely the Rockford Icehogs out there...that being said, Brandon Saad back in the lineup tonight, with a pretty veteran heavy lineup...interesting.

I give you guys credit, nice folowing for a 10th place team..im pulling for another Minnesota Wild Bed Sh1tting so that the Cabbie pumeller and his cast of gay pirates make the playoffs this year...its not always about the talent guys ..remember that ..always...a team can take the nite off ..a team can party with a bunch of trannys like Kaner ..anything can happen.. Sh!t a blind squirrel finds a nut..it CAN happen 2 years in a row ..have Faith...you can become playoff fodder once again..heres hoping Minnesota Sh!ts the Bed again!!

Brandon Saad is giving this coaching staff a ton to think about, not looking out of place on Tazer's wing tonight. In the end he's still going down though, but maybe he gets 1 or 2 regular season games as a reward for his solid play.

Yeah, he's been really good so far.  He's still going back to juniors, but it wouldn't shock me if he saw the UC this year sometime.

The Blackhawks looked like the class of the league last night, well the third period at least.  The rest of the NHL should be worried now!

I think the Blackhawks should wear the same color jersey's as the Bears that would give me another reason to hate the Hawks.  WoW just WoW, does anyone in Chicago like the Bears jersey???

Those orange things are about as fugly as you can get.  The throwbacks they wore last year were sharp, which begs the question "Why in God's name would you choose that orange abortion over the classy, sharp and not blindingly ugly orange things?"

Hawks have the best unis in hockey, if not all sports.

What the heck was wrong with their old uni??

For the record all of Hockey's original six team's uni's are amonst the best in all of sport......

Apparently coach Q is going to try Patrick Kane at center...this is certainly an interesting development. Kaner can't be any worse than Kruger on faceoffs and his playmaking ability would certainly help down the middle and also insulate him from the board battles against the bigger defensemen. The only issue that remains to be seen is if his defensive game has matured enough to make the transition.

If it works out though, it certainly would make the Hawks lineup more versatile in case of injury.

Chris Campoli signs 1 year deal with the Habs for 1.75...you gotta think he left some money on the table by gambling that he would get more as a UFA...If I'm him, I say thank you to my agent by giving him his 10%, and then firing him. Not that he didn't have stretches of solid play for the Hawks last season, but he was never getting the top 4 money that he thought he could.
