Not once did I call you any names. If you took it that way then it's all on you. I did point out that everyone has opinions, granted in a rather blunt manner, however the comment wasn't directed towards you as an insult.

I can respect your opinion, and I expect the same in return. My opinion was based on a comment made to me in another league a very long time back, and at that time I felt it a fair statement.

As for this deal everyone is all hoped up about, I did think it was odd that a GM would deal for an injured player. I figured the GMs invovled talked it out via site mail to work everything out, because that's how I've gone about making deals. So if that's the case then more power to them.

By the way, it's about time you open your yap, perhaps we can be on the same page on things in the future.

Scoring - In my last 9 games the highest score was 4-3 the 8 other games 2 were (2-2), 1 (2-1), 2 (2-0), and 3 (1-0). I have no PPG's in 29 games yet I am 4th in GF. The top 10 Goalies are at 93.8% Save % or higher (HOF numbers in the NHL).

Are we saying scoring is normal for us because those stats are not normal...IMHO

My squad has been streaky with goals. Went through a streach where we were blanked in like 4 straight games, then scored 12 in 2 games.

Perhaps this is the case league wide?

Well, for one thing I have taken a hiatus from the power rankings... sorry I didn't tell anyone.

Aside from that, it's a remarkably controversy-free season. Not even complaints about the scoring!

Y'know, maybe it's just that now that the Crooks have gone all soft...

Sorry to hear about the Power Rankings going into a coma (again!).....I've got a soft spot for them for obvious reasons.

I don't see the point in complaining about the scoring. It's stinks...and we all know it. However seems the majority of us don't mind 2-1, 2-0 games.

I on the other hand, and I know I'm in the minority here, find games that are 6-4, 5-3 much more enjoyable. It's no fun to read the box score and have to scroll to the very bottom to see any score. I'd be happy with a Season 3 balance. At this rate having one of my guys score 25 goals in a season is a pipe dream. Having someone get 50 points would be like winning the lottery.

Guess we're in a "wait and see" hold?

I agree OKP I like scoring too, however it could effect some of the owners in the way they have built their team for the next few seasons...just a thought

With my team ineptitude this season I've started to think about the draft already. I know I owe a 6th Rd pick to damag's Firebirds for G Jeremy Ronald. I believe I made another player for a pick deal last season too, but I don't remember with whom. Can said GM site mail me? Or did we finish that deal? Please let me know.
