....and yes, this one hurt, and here is where my inexperience with the details of this game really got me. . . .when the initial 24 teams were selected, I simply loaded those entire teams into the player search area and used that as my reference for who was available. I now know that method doesn't load up all available players for each team, so Seager (as well as several other players that have been picked) weren't even on my initial list.

Oh well, live and learn! It's still fun. :)

Yep, Jtpsops (Concepcion) and NebHusker (T.Jackson) were the two teams I was worried about taking Seager. By grabbing Seager, I open up a twist option at OF (not having to twist Maury Wills). That being said, damn you juice for taking Luis Gonzalez!

I was interested in Seager for sure, but his drawback was he didn't have any ratings at 2B. With Durham and Concepcion, I was leaning towards a more versatile utility man.

I so wanted to twist Luis Gonzalez, but there's no way I would've been able to fit him under the cap without incurring the possibility of skimping so much on pitching that my staff could go all China Syndrome.

...and therein lies my problem going forward. In order to fit the 2001 season onto my roster, my pitching is going to end up being really suspect. I may either have to use a different season of Gonzo or use the 2015 season of Bryant instead of his 2016 season and then twist someone else. I probably won't know until the end of Round 25...
