You have it backwards. The WISC always uses the time the window opens. milest can pick at 2:00, assuming mensu1954 doesn't pick before then

How about tie breakers for the next round’s order, are they based on draft slot or actual time picked? If skunk picks someone tied to Nap, who picks earlier in round 3, skunk or mensu?

I assume it should be based on listed draft order, but wanted to clarify before an issue comes up.

And here I was going by the listed teammate on the master spreadsheet and thought he was just a Uribe teammate. Didn't think to check if there was a second possible teammate for him. The pool is pretty large to check every single player-season for multiple teammates, alas. Well done.
