I mean, all I had to do was not lose the finals against Midge and it wouldn't have mattered, so it's 100% on me. Or just win three more games in the playoffs (got swept in one series, so again). I know you know I'm not serious, but just making sure you know that I know that you know.

I haven't forgiven myself.

Getting ready to head into conference play, will be interesting to see how the strong divisions emerge.

Yeah this feels like the point where the season really starts to take shape.

Similar to last season, I wanted to compare how much use I am getting out my players versus where I drafted them (sum minutes / gp / 5). Moncrief again going above and beyond what I expect to get out of a 6th rounder. Getting a lot of run out of my 12th rounder, more than I should be counting on to be honest. Hayward just ended up fitting a needed role of threes and assists. Maybe drafted Webber a bit too high. 24 MPG for a 2nd rounder doesn't feel like a lot.
Row Labels Sum of Min/G Round
Sidney Moncrief 34.2 6
Giannis Antetokounmpo 30.9 1
Clyde Drexler 29.9 4
Manu Ginobili 24.6 3
Hassan Whiteside 24.1 2
Gordon Hayward 21.2 12
Andrew Bynum 20.5 5
Chris Webber 18.8 7
Nerlens Noel 14.8 9
Mitchell Robinson 9.7 8
Miles Bridges 6.0 10
Maxi Kleber 6.0 11

70-70 overall, 25-25 last 50.

I've established a stronghold on mediocrity.

I like this one robusk. Here's mine, I added min/g for eligible season to consider picks like Simmons or Bam who don't have 5 seasons. Also added in how many seasons I am maxing out the player minutes. Caldwell Jones in the 10th stands out minutes wise, but looking back I'm pretty happy with all my picks. 5 of the top 6 picks I'm using all their minutes. Bam is the only one where his rookie season is a back up.

Sum of Min/G Min/G for eligible season Seasons with maxed mins
1 Moses 39.48 39.48 5.00
2 Kawhi 27.36 27.36 5.00
10 Caldwell Jones 24.54 24.54 1.00
3 Simmons 24.34 30.43 5.00
4 Bledsoe 23.40 23.40 5.00
9 Terry Tyler 18.56 18.56 1.00
5 Bam 16.88 28.13 2.00
6 Richaun Holmes 16.14 16.14 5.00
7 John Henson 14.92 14.92 5.00
12 Lacy 14.32 14.32 1.00
11 Jameer Nelson 13.10 13.10 3.00
8 JR Smith 10.62 10.62 1.00

Nice. Thanks for sharing. 5 out my first 6 picks play their full compliment of minutes. Bynum is the only one who doesn't. I feel like maybe I could have done better with the Webber or Bynum picks but I also had a lot of real specific holes to fill since my first 3 picks were all low minutes players.

Kawhi is challenging for me because of his low minutes. Most worlds he's coming in between 24-28 minutes a game. It's why I grabbed Bledsoe early, but the low minutes strategy that early in the draft is a delicate balance. I remember making the point in the past I thought Wilt was #1 overall because you get a great starter and a great backup with one pick. It's like if you had the 1st pick in the draft and traded down to the 3rd pick in the draft and got a 6th or 7th rounder for it (roughly where Wilt might go if you drafted 5 1200 minute seasons).

I did Kawhi with Bledsoe as his primary backup for me in season one. It did not go so well for me. Your team is much better than that one was.

Thought my crew had turned things around when we had three birthdays in a 4-game stretch, but we're falling back to earth now.

Damn three 5-0's in a four cycle stretch? That is a wildly impressive run.

Still 29-21 in the last 50, tied for 4th over that stretch. Still pretty good shape man!

Ha yeah - but take away the 15-0 and that's 14-21 over the other 7 cycles of the last 10.

I need my just-below-.500 teams to pick it up. Both are on the fringes of playoff discussion but going the wrong direction.

I only got 3 total all star appearances between all five worlds. I am trash.
