We need to implement amerk's redbooda plan. In addition to the overall frustration on the board, the W-L record within the conference is skewed because if one team is consistently relegated to inferior "make up" picks ten or so slots behind. This skews the playoff making potential to the advantage of one division over the other.

Maybe 3 picks sail by and amerk or a committee from the other conference pick for redbooda?

It's not just him, cmcafeeky was way behind too. I say that's their problem. They could easily leave proxy picks or whatever. But you'll have to text or call the commissioner if you want propose something like that - 585-738-7537 - his real name is Craig.
