A lot of owners are REALLY dragging on these daggers. Did people forget that the draft isn't over...?

You don't see a lot of $15M hitters in an $80M league. This should be entertaining. He's going to put up ridiculous numbers.

I am excited and want the league to start yesterday, but I know daggers and rosters take a couple of days.
My division was done picking by Friday but the last round 4 pick was just yesterday morning.
I suspect the people communicating through me will get dagger #1 done today.
I would love to see ALL first daggers completed today, and all 2nd round by Tuesday. Hopefully all rosters could be completed Wed.
I can start pestering people individually who take longer.

Still waiting for my team to receive its 1st dagger from BeAllEndAll before I send you that.

Redcped - 2nd dagger

The first dagger hit pretty hard by taking away his only serviceable catcher. There is a decent option on the 47 browns in high OBP Jake Early.
Second base he has plenty of options - no real dagger here.
Third base he has multiple great options and subs.
SS is an option because he really only has Luis Aparicio as a decent option so if taking away Vern Stephens takes away a player I would probably roster.
OF he has plenty of options but I would probably roster Jeff Heath. He's cheap and solid. Also Willard Brown is a super cheap sub option.

Ultimately I think he will easily be able to roster 6 from the 47 Browns. If it were me I would use the C, SS, 3B, OF, OF (cheap sub), and 1B (cheap sub) or a cheap 2B sub. There is no decent pitching on this team. So, I am left with deciding which of these I should take away and which would hurt the most.

If I dagger the C it probably forces him to roster Etchebarren from the 67 O's and I would want as many pitchers/players from that team as I could get. However, Etchebarren sucks anyway and he will just roster Hemsley from the 37 browns as his C and it just takes away one option from the O's

If I hit SS or 3B he is forced to roster an additional player from 47 but no real pain on the other roster options.

OF is a possibility in two areas - I could hit Heath and take away a good cheap option or I could hit Brown and take away his best cheap sub. Let's see how that impacts his other rosters. He doesn't really have a good platoon option that I would roster so I would want to roster Sam Bowens as a cheap sub from the 67 O's. It also costs him a little money as his next cheapest sub is close to 2 million. This seems like the most painful move.

So say goodbye to super sub - OF - Willard Brown

My division mates did a great job screwing up my team

I'm going round and round. To get six from each team I end up with way too many innings pitched, many of them crappy. Still trying to make it all work. I didn't expect both daggers to hit good bullpen guys, hence the innings problem.

That does hurt, yup. Gotta redo a few things now, as I feared I would.
