Fair enough. I understood the clock goes into affect from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. I had just got up and prior pick was done in the middle of the night.

Any pick made before 10 am, the three hour rule goes into effect at 10 so the earliest the next guy can be skipped is 1 pm. Any pick made after 10 am, it is three hours later, so luke could have been skipped at 1:41 pm. Glad it never came to that in either case.
