He wasn't overly interested in pitching at all.   He had a big pile o' cash to spend.  Pitching would have taken away from that.

No.  I only compare my players to my players if I use minor league stats at all.

I'm not overly familiar with that world but, if it's a season 1 world, nope.  32 owners with a loose set of rules(per SCU) isn't going to be a harmonious situation.
