My initial response is "no" because he's not an elite fielder.  But he has a nice contact rating which, coupled with his speed, baserunning and bunting abilities,  means he'll get his fair share of infield hits.  You don't need to drive that ball for an infield hit.   I probably wouldn't give him a shot because I'm not "wasting" a hitting position on a guy with 0 power but he might do better than you'd think.

So there's no reason for me not to place every single one of my players (minor and majors) on reversible waivers as camoflage to help pass a couple thorugh that I want to get cleared?

I do it every season but don't waive any R5 guys.

CBS is broadcasting the Colts-Eagles game nationally at 4:15 on Sunday.  Wouldn't the Raiders-Chiefs be a better game? What can I do to have the network change it?

Manning-Vick is a much bigger draw than anything the Raiders-Chiefs have to offer.  You could call them and threaten to hold your breath until they change it but I think you'll just pass out.   However, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you did all you could do.
