You might have to do it in the NT then.

SUNY really dropped like a rock since conference play has started. They were #1 to start with and have now dropped to 4th.....right behind Upstate where they belong!

Manchester and Hanover are tied for the North lead. Manchester has never won a title so 'Senior Night' is big for the Spartans.

Hanover has a NT-worthy RPI of 40 but their record is only 12-13. They won't get an at-large bid with a losing record. Franklin's Grizzlies are hoping to send Hanover to the PIT.

The Conference Tournament is wide opoen and each round is going to have a lot to say about which teams make the NT and PIT. But right now Westminster is on a roll, 13 straight, and they are the team to beat.

Manchester wins their 1st conference title by defeating Bluffton 97-94. Hanover claimed part of the crown by defeating Franklin 89-75.

Heartland is the #1 ranked conference.

Tournament pairings

Franklin-Waynesburg with the winner meeting Manchester

Defiance-Thomas More with the winner meeting Transylvania

Bluffton-Mt. St. Joe with the winner meeting Westminster

Anderson-Phil. Biblical with the winner getting Hanover.

Westminster and Transylvania should be locks for the NT. Heartland has had at least 3 teams in the NT for many seasons. Will we get a third this time? We have several bubble teams.

The winner of Frankin-Waynesburg still has a chance for a PIT bid. The loser is likely eliminated. The Franklin Grizzlies may need 2 wins to get the PIT invitation.

Manchester, RPI 46, can't afford to look past always competitive Franklin and Waynesburg

The only ranked teams, Transy and Defiance, could meet in the 2nd round. Defiance may need to win that match in order to make the NT. But, first, they have to get by dangerous Thomas More. In his inaugural season, bmatthe1 only won 2 conference games but they were over Westminster and Transylvania.

Bluffton, squarely on the bubble, needs to beat MSJ and, probably, Westminster to get an at-large bid.

Can Hanover make the NT with a .500 record? They'll need to win 2 games to avoid the suspense.

Anderson, Mt. St. Joseph, Philadelphia Biblical and Thomas More can only make post-season by winning the CT.

I think Manchester needs one win to clinch a spot. A loss and we are squarely on the bubble. the 2-3 against Top 25 should help if that comes to pass.

Waynesburg probably clinched at least a PIT bid with the win over Franklin, while eliminating the Grizzlies from consideration.

Defiance (RPI 55) and Bluffton (RPI 56) have 'must win' games tonight if they are to secure a NT bid. Manchester, also, could end up in the PIT if they lose tonight. Likewise, Hanover will go to the PIT if they are upset by Phil. Biblical.
