You can’t have a discussion of this nature without one person saying his beliefs and the other person stating theirs. If you try to block the other by being mean or louder just because you don’t like their position it turns into useless drivel which this whole thing seems to have devolved into from both sides. This forum tends to exacerbate that. I won’t discuss the merits of either side here. If you want to discuss, you can send me a direct message.

But, just because this thread is for Religious discussion..........does that give folks the green light to use it for proselytizing??

An internet Forum is NOT the place to try and convert folks to your own ideology IMO.

What if we had several Islamic folks in this debate........... and THEY were trying to convert the rest of us..........what do you think the Christians responses would be here??

IMO, Christians have a superiority complex, though I'm not sure what they base it on as the History of Christianity on Earth is not so positive for the folks living around them.

Is a faithful devout Zuni (or Hopi, etc) bound for glory or damnation?
By faithful I mean a humble follower of the God of Creation.
Called a different name than yours but still God.

Do you THINK a human such as that Zuni is unable to achieve "everlasting life" in God just because He/She doesn't KNOW the story of Jesus birth, walk, and death here on Earth??

Or that that Zuni (or Hopi) needs the help of some Missionary to "inform" him of the Jesus Christ story and then needs to accept Jesus as his "savior" in order to be eternally in the presence of the Lord??

Use your God-given mind before you answer.
And try and recall just how much evil has been done to God's people here on Earth by folks calling themselves Missionaries and using deadly force, enslavement, tricks and gifts, etc in order to subjugate some indigenous peoples............all over our World!!

And why? Because THEY think their God to be superior than the Indigenous folks own God.
Even though they know full well that there is only ONE God!!

I maintain the God of the Christians is the SAME God of the Hopi!!

I'm done wondering. I played along and even privately asked the other 2 brothers some honest questions. One ignored and one said I have "issues". Neither would address the fact that the animosity began at home.

I've seen a couple of folks chime in with the same comment. "I enjoy the civil discussion but not the bickering".
The three holy ones declare they're all clones of Dino. Of course! Because it couldn't possibly be the tone and demeanor you've treated everyone but each other with. Nah. You're pure as the driven snow, on the right team and can sing in unison about a perishing soul going to hell. Awesome.

You've agreed its a waste of time. Why stay only to disrupt the respectful and open dialog which was going fine without you?

If i’m a hater then why do i have respectful and interesting conversation with Bruce and find the comments of DDB to be incredible.
