Redbooda has a decent team so far and it's not like he isn't aware that the draft is going on. I think you just got to let it be at least until his pick comes up again in the 5th Round.

One idea would be that if a player already has one back pick and it's their turn again, then the Commish has to select the best player available (taking into account position needs) for their original back pick. When said straggler shows up, they can immediately make their current back pick (like we do now) but they can't exchange the player the Commish chose for the earliest back pick, they are stuck with him.

Also, any straggler who throws a tantrum and refuses to play, is penalized by not being allowed to play in the same theme league for two additional seasons. (the Commish can take over that season's team or put it up to a new owner or a current owner willing to enter it. I volunteer if nobody else does)
(Wouldn't it be funny if one of the stragglers won the championship?)

Dawkins shoots a real high % from the field, but is not much of a rebounder for a big guy, turns the ball over more than most big guys, and gives you almost nothing in assists, steals or blocks, and fouls like a MFer. Deer can have him.

He shoots over 60% from the field with over 20% Usage and over 20 DREB with a 60 Defense rating. That's SOLID for a
4th Round pick. I'd say Deer has had the perfect draft so far except he could of grabbed Rodney McCray in the 3rd and waited to
pick a PG later.

If he takes the season where he shoots over 60% he only gets 25-26 minutes a game.

You have Laimbeer and Schayes in your front court, whose combined D doesn't even equal 100. You better get some front court D soon. :)

There's a reason that Schayes salary is higher than the Dawkins salary for the year he shot over 60%.

I'm not convinced that defense means all that much in this sim. I've had 100 defenders on guys who go out and shoot like 17 for 28.
