OK...pride aside. What in the heck am I doing wrong? I think I've been in most games, but does the lack of SR leadership hurt that much?

Not to mention having 5 guards returning and the addition of a SF who is spending this season getting stronger and learning the O/D sets. I'm taking names this season because payback is mine.

It seems like for coaches who have obviously given up, WIS could put the screen name in "suspended" status and let the team revert to SIM. Not an ideal situation, but at least you won't have the 1 distro guys. If the coach wants to come back and the team is still available, he could be reinstated. Other wise, he'd have to use his credits on another team.

Can I get some help going up against MMA tonight?

I don't think (feel free to tell me I'm wrong) that I have the services of my big buy Altman tonight. His health is currently at 70. From what I gather, you're supposed to wait until 75-80 to play him.

Also I think I'd ideally not play Brian Trimble either. I'm trying to get him to transfer. But he did play 7 minutes in our last game -- which was his first action all year -- despite him not being in my rotation.

So I guess my question for you all is if I can beat MMA with just two post players, neither of which is that good. Westerfield just has a rebound rating of 54 and that's a lot better than Radar's 38.

I have a real bad feeling that I'll be able to contain Hinds, but MMA will get tons of cheap points on offensive boards and I'll lose.

Frank Thomas does have a rebound rating of 50 ... but he's a SG. Can I really move him to a post position and have him be effective?

Anybody want to help make sure I'm not the one that ends the streak?

Hey Kujay, I would take everything I said in the coaches corner as simple suggestions to help you consider all options. There are lots of ways to look at this game. What I suggest the SIM may decide is the perfect way to get 3 fouls on Thomas in 3 minutes.. ya never know. I just think if you DT his only scoring threats, and take care of the ball, the odds are in your favor. Is that enough to win, usually... Good Luck, I think you'll be fine... I don't however think I'd move Thomas to the post... you take away 1/2 of his skills if you do that. He needs to handle the ball as well as shoot it I would think. And Altman has very few games in his career. I would try for an opinion on the main forums from daalt/VK/OR/Rails and the like. 70% of him might be better than 100% of some others?

mizzou, you're going down tonight. I've whipped my boys into a frenzy and told them if they don't show up ready to play, I'd make them wear skirts to class for an entire week.

OK, ..... time to dust off the recruiting efforts and begin looking forward to season #23.
We look to have 2 openings to fill. Becker and MMA. I have a thread up on the general board to try to drive folks to us.
I will try to do a season ending re-cap for each team here over the week-end.
