Sweet, I got a new logo!

to switch the team logo and name. there used to be an icon but it is no longer available, im assuming i just missed my opportunity to alter my team.

Click on your settings and follow the prompts. Worked for me. They said you have until the end of the year.

no luck on changing my team. i guess thats just the way it is. how about word on expanding formations outside of 5 choices?

You either already went through the process or did not create your team during beta. Only clubs created during the beta period had been given the option to change name and colors, as there have been more options added and some people weren't clear that the beta club would become their real club.

Adding more formations and increasing tactics settings will be in one of the upcoming updates for the game.

Any news on the team deletion? I saw that you opened up Japan and I would really like to get into that league. Thanks for your hard work norbert.

Team deletions should be active now. Keep in mind that only teams created during beta will have the option and you can do so only once.

Do you recommend switching from a popular nationality in order to get into a league sooner...for example switching from Ireland to Denmark? Or if I stick with Ireland, will I get in eventually?

If you're in Ireland, you should be fine. Some of the people with US teams may get in earlier by selecting another country, though, I would think.

Everyone will get in eventually, and this initial build up of leagues is going to be the exception to our normal wait period. Yes, the US clubs are going to probably wait a little longer just because they far outnumber the other countries. I don't think US will outnumber other countries over the long run, so I would say make the decision with whether you want to get in a league a couple weeks earlier or be in a US league for the rest of the game. You will not be able to switch countries down the road, so 10 seasons from now, do you want to be in a US league or in Denmark?

Pretty much 40 clubs from the US will get placed in leagues every day. So it will take awhile. If we get some more people joining, especially in other countries, during the build up period, we will probably be able to bump up the number of leagues being built each day.

Norbert, i have been wondering for a while how much all the stats really affect game-play. I can see that the players with high Scoring rating score more goals, and keepers with higher Goalkeeping instinct perform better, but i don't really know how stats like passing, zonal marking, strength etc. really affect performance. I wouldn't mind seeing a table or something like that to explain how all the different skill ratings affect player skill and performance.

Leagues can start with less than 20 clubs. We will fill open spots with AI clubs.

What might be confusing is that this initial build up of leagues that starts on December 3rd is being handled specially to allow world seasons to be diverse. This will allow future seasons to gather up clubs on the waiting lists at a much quicker pace.

Currently, we are planning on limiting league creation to 3 leagues per world, and 2 worlds per day. Based on how things are going and if we get more users joining, we may open it up to more worlds per day and more leagues per world. But you might not get put in to a league until early next year, and it has nothing to do with having less than 20 clubs in the same nationality.
