Also I will be lessening the amount of trades that it will take to veto trades and with 24 teams there will be less unfair trades that will make it through the vetoe process anyway.

If there is a WW I think after the season begins you can free up salary by cutting your 200K players. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Will, you are correct on the WW. Any real players can be cut; AAA cannot. So teams could dump 20 $200K guys and have $4M to spend.

I'll take the Giants and Phillies, if there are no trades or if fewer vetoes are needed to block a deal. If trades are allowed, perhaps a trade deadline at Game #100 or so?

I will set the trade deadline at 100 games

As for the veto's , I was thinking like 5 especially if there's multiple 2 team owners. Believe me with 24 teams all lopsided trades will get vetoed with 5 votes.

It was nearly impossible to veto trades with 16 teams as we found out last season, but it will be very different with the 24 teams.

FYI - If WW is allowed, you can pick up whoever you want. There will be no Franchsie limitations in regards to WW.

Okay with trades

Not okay with WW --> defeats the purpose of picking a franchise. Might as well let everyone draft who they want with the 40M.

My vote would be no WW if there is trading..

I voted yes to WW just in case there wasnt trading, that way there would be a way to fill holes if you're missing quality at a position or dont get enough SP from AAA.

I cant believe the Yankees and Red Sox are still available. Especially the Red Sox when they actually made it to WS in season 1 and are in 1st place in season 2..
