Prust would work Bieksa... He worked a damn good fight with Hordy on Saturday... surprising draw

Rypien... well we know that result all too well.

i beg to differ ,i say Bieksa works Prust similar to how he worked Adams of Carolina but we'll see i guess?

No many people are dumb enough to take on Bieksa in a fight.

Who hasnt worked Adams?

Bieksa's fight history speaks for itself, he runs from anybody who can toss em.. thankfully Eager caught him last year

Meh.. its a never ending battle.. Van fans love the orangutan and Cgy fans hate him... when he finally decides to fight someone in his class and wins, maybe I will give him some respect

By your standard nickhead, if you consider yourself to be of an equal or higher class than I, then you owe me ridiculous amounts of respect!!!

(unless I'm of a higher class than you)

Then winner wins and you get no respect from him......Too bad Nick.

Yeah heard that theory as well, makes sense to some degree.

No chance he could make the top 6 forwards in Calgary. Maybe in Vancouver, he could play with the twins and be the guy in the corner. Ha...

Wouldn't work. He'd mistake the twins for sheep.......

Eager is about 50lbs heavier, hopefully Phaneuf wont trip over himself trying to get away from Bieksa tomorrow,I think its the other way around ,guys are scared to fight him,he shouldnt have to fight guys like JF Jacques of EDM who he demolished by the way,if a middleweight in Calgary has the balls to take him on i would truly be shocked, itll be a guy that outweighs him by 50lbs and then its still a draw or a win..

and by the way fighting and doing that WWF thing Eager was trying last year are completely different

I might as well state the obvious, now that the reg season is upon us,Vancouver wins opener hands down...unless the refs give Calgary 6 straight pp's like usual trying to get them back into the game..NHL front office likes parity in todays NHL..5 on 5 its an absolute **** kicking,Calgary would hope for a special teams type game with numerous pp's to stop the gaping anal wounds that would surely follow.

Eager dropped him with a straight first... then the bs WWF.. but it was still better than Bieksa's Semin impression

In any case it sounds like your rating weight class with fighting class... Suddenly Dustin Penner is a heavyweight and should automatically be a better fighter than Bieksa... at least I understand your reasoning now

Agree to disagree

Agreed... not exactly a stretch as Flames blow goats at the beginning of the season... I have Kipper on the bench for a reason as I have more faith in Price this early... Vancouver will win the battle... Flames win the war and take the season series
