I am moderately well pleased with my recruiting.

Have a future point guard starter, Shooting guard starter, A guy to slot into the starting center slot as a transfer(Who also balances my classes again, three of each) and a future center who has some nice rebounding potential(AMong other things).

I'd like to put Ohio Northern on the waiting list for the Shootout. I'd love to join up with more competitive coaches. Thanks and have a great season!

How well I do will depend on how quickly my frosh depth develops, really. If not this year, next year shoudl be QUITE interesting.

Welcome to the Phelan Shootout ericsmith. You are now officially on the waitlist. If we get a few more interested coaches in the coming weeks, we could consider expansion for Shootout XV if we continue to have 100% retention. Thanks for your interest.

Just curious, but should the number of home and away games be equal? If i'm looking at the schedule right I'm showing 5 away games and 3 home games. Just wanted to doubled check if that is correct.

Well, if the challenge runs in two year cycles, presumably the next year you would have 3 away games and five home games?

If thats the case then that is perfectly fine. I just wanted to run it by Reddevil to confirm.

When we first went to the 12-team pool/crossover format, we decided that we would re-seed the pools after the 1st 2-season cycle and then have promotion/relegation at the end of each cycle for the following cycle. ( I hope that makes sense....I'm tired and ****** from Chargers game).

Anyways, I made a template to keep track of each team's home/away by opponent, and had just filled in the schedule based on alternating from the last time two teams played each other, as it pertains to homecourt. I think the unintended consequence of this was when I re-seeded the teams, and then distributed the crossover games, I didn't take into account finding a way to have a 4/4 split for each team for home/away, as we did with a true round-robin with 10 teams.

As far as the pool games go, obviously for each 2-season cycle the games are home-and-home. If there is anybody who strenuously objects to just keeping the alternation of home/away based on matchups, without regard to having an even split in a given Shootout, I can look at tearing up the template and starting over in Shootout XV.

No objection here. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a typo or something. Thanks for confirming reddevil.
