I pay little attention to those 4, except:
1) One of my teams is at Fenway, so I'm partial to righty pull hitters who can pop it over the Green Monster. Pepe Gomez is a good example. (although the stats show he's no better at home than on road, so maybe I'm wrong)
2) My #9 hitter is frequently a fast, low-power guy who plays excellent defensive SS or CF. In those cases I place some--not much--value on him being able to bunt for a base hit or sacrifice. I prefer the 3 run HR to the manufactured runs too, but that #9 guy isn't going to hit many 3 run bombs.
