Ha. Just cost 2 pitchers BL jobs on my Hamilton team(when we get enough to roll). 1.7m, yeah, I'll keep 'em. 5.0m, uh, no thank you.

So the bug wasn't just 1st year arb el. It also extended into 2nd year. And I assume 3rd year.

It's not just pitchers. 3 of those 7 players I listed above are hitters.

well I cant complain, I did get the defending Cy Young winner for 360k. He will probably want 20 million next season though.

Also, I don't think that it's fixed -- unless it did NOT include worlds that were in arbitration today. I performed my arb hearings 3 1/2 hours after tzent's post and got three pitchers for a total of less than 1.5 million.

Trop, it would seem fair for our world (the Mantle one I mean) that the entire arb process play out before changing. It would be a bigger problem if only half of the world got the "benefit" of the bug. Can you imagine the firestorm of "I got screwed" posts?

I think we (Mantle) were excluded because today was arb day for us. If our arb day was tomorrow, we would have seen adjustments in demands.

Which would have sucked for owners who budgeted based on the erroneous arb demands.
