I'm not sure that it has been specifically stated that the clock is running, or that all the owners know this. There may be some who are going with the previously stated idea of starting it on 11/30, and who are not even looking in, or who are gone.

My impression was that we are under relaxed rules right now; if people draft, they draft, and if someone cannot or does not, everyone waits until 11/30.

As for me, I'm 100 percent available and ready to draft at any time.

It's funny how sometimes when someone says, "ur on the clock" it can be taken to mean that you are on the clock.
