Buying it now before signings in a state the size of California is a huge waste of money ...IMO. It might be a greta way to leanr, but it';s also a great way to start blowing your wad too early in the process. He's better off waiting and catching the dropdowns.

But ...what do I know

If you wait until after signings start, the costs go down a bit as the number of recruits goes down,.

yeah, buy it, but not til after the first wave of signings-- after that the cost will go down a lot, and there will still be plenty of good recruits for you to find...
