93-96? now you are just getting crazy. quincy beat virginia union, that's 1 game...they were 1-8 against the other top 25 teams in D2...good luck to you by the way, I'm rooting for SIU-Edwardsville IMO the #2 team in the land (granted, it was early, which means less). but, i still say, give me your #50-#92 teams over them every day of the week. i would much rather play them in the tournament round 1 than quincy. Which is even funnier because Quincy lost its first round PI game 60-59 to Kennesaw State with a 97 RPI, seeded 96th.

Its all relative, you say that 1 game is not a season and you say you want to find the BEST team out there. Well Quincy is the best team, what do you say to that? You want to get past the rankings and the RPI, well you have heard it from billy that they are a good team. They beat and played some of the best. By the way here is their opponents RPIs.

Wins (12)
3, 21, 30, 98, 98, 116, 135, 135, 143, 223, 236, 236

Losses (17)
1, 1, 4, 7, 7, 8, 21, 22, 22, 24, 25, 35, 38, 41, 46, 88
97 Was in PIT

As you can see every loss but one before the PIT was against a most likely NT bound team.

So please give up this debate, find another instance like I SAID BEFORE and OTHERS HAVE SAID there are better arguments of your viewpoint that have bigger problems than this one.

No, what I said was, my rankings rank teams based upon how well a team does (W-L) against its schedule (SOS)...thus it ranks on BEST SEASON, not BEST TEAM.Well Quincy is the best team, what do you say to that? HA! They're so great that they didn't even make the Big Dance.... You want to get past the rankings and the RPI, well you have heard it from billy that they are a good team. What? I didn't say they weren't a good team, I said they were ridiculously rated too high as the #1 overall team in the PI, and I've also said that if I ranked them, they still might make the NIT as an 8 seed...but looking at those wins, I'm not sure. They beat and played some of the best. By the way here is their opponents RPIs.

So please give up this debate, find another instance like I SAID BEFORE and OTHERS HAVE SAID there are better arguments of your viewpoint that have bigger problems than this one. They played a bunch of good teams, and nearly lost to them all...let's give them the #1 seed in the PI...yep...that's great. Winning should matter...like I said, you shouldn't be rewarded for merely facing a tough schedule, that's ridiculous.
