looks like Jeffries was on 2 teams last see but as far as i can tell sappy did draft him in '06-07 and has him listed each year as a keeper

Just checked that myself and agree. It appears that the previous owner of shap's team listed Jeffries as a Drop for 06-07, but then kept him any way. Not sure who should get him, but I'd be in favor of allowing whichever owner doesn't get him to have a supplemental pick between rounds 1 and 2.
