Wow . . . this has really become sort of a cut-throat draft . . .
At least I didn't start it. . . .

Hey Hack . . . . go after my bench catcher and you lose your #1???
Cutttttt . . . Throatttttttt . . . . Baby. . . .
Now I need a backup . . . guess Bowerman should do. . . . that should leave you about 400 PA's . . . . what do ya think?
Crap . . . I'm wrong . . . you can always steal another one of my backups... damn . . . almost worked.....

And farley . . . . may the bird of paradise **** all over the State
of Texas . . .

Just thinking . . . are we going with Door #1, Door #2 or Door #3.
Appears to me #3 is leading the way. . .
But, we do have 2 votes for #1. . . . . . .

I'm for Number One as well. Through Round 4, however, it looks like it's the nature of the beast...

George Davis - White Sox

Harry (47 doubles) Davis/1B - - Athletics

I'll play nice and go with C Larry McLean of the Reds. The problem with Door #1 is that the guy who drafts last in round four can cherry-pick without fear of retribution. Oh, wait... that's me!! Fingers don't hit that send butt

well excuse me if idid something taboo/I guess Juice should put all rounds off limits to raiding/Tucker T-ive been in your leagues several times and i wouldve hope to be invited again, but that apparently wont happen

Fred Beene-P-Cards

Taboo ain't the thing . . . . and I could be wrong but I didn't think trying to disable a guy from playin' a game was necessarily the intent of this particular tournament. . . yes there are other leagues where owners try intentionally to cripple a team. . . . but again, I could be wrong. . . . I didn't think that was the intent here.

I luv ya farley . . . it just blew me away that you'd take my only shortstop . . .
what the heck was I to do but retaliate . . . I lost strength up the middle so I go after your catcher, strengthening my up the middle defense - better than the catcher on my roster . . . .

then the hack-man takes my .348 hitting #2 catcher (great move) . . .

So here I am . . . a bit crippled to say the least. . . . had to do what I did. . . attempt to counteract the changes with my club . . . .

I'm only in one other league and I'm pretty sure knowbody drafted a key player from another team . . . .

This is absolutely water under the bridge. . . . especially if Ossee and Harry come thru in the clutch. . . .

Hope one of you guys go all the way and win that $150 . . . .

sorry, t. but i had to play the game i found myself in. my last pick is one of the all-time great characters in the history of the game P Bugs Raymond of the Cardinals. He was more-or-less sober for 69 innings in 1907. Hopefully, those will be the innings I need him as a closer. GL all.
