Thanks for all the feedback here. I did leave the world, but that hasn't made the world any better.

Two suggestions I have are to remove incentives for do-nothing commishes and allow a vote to change them by owners of the world.

The latter is probably the best overall solution in general.

I would rather see the commish get $5 , than the last place team getting $4 credit.

In a bad world, it will take more than 1 owner to make a difference. If a world takes forever to fill up, than there is a reason for that. I commend owners like MikeT23, and others who are trying to fix a destroyed World.

for most commissioners.....it could be an insult of only 5 dollars....I think if the commissioner runs a world, keeps the turnover low...he should get half/if not the full season free.

As a commissioner of a world for 16 seasons, and a world Ranked recently as 4th of all public and private worlds, $5 is a joke. If you have an issue with a commissioner who you think is freeloading, leave. There are almost 200 worlds, find a better one. And if anyone takes on a world for that $5 off, they're idiots. I do it for the challenge like running a team. Keeping it together, and to compete with other worlds and to see others enjoy the world they're in. Seeing how it's $25 a team, or 90 for 4, how can you actually sit there and dis 5 dollars? Sweet Lord.
