that team was not nearly as talented as kansas this year though. they really only had 6 good players.

This years Kansas isn't as good as people keep saying it is... Collins was terribly inconsistent, any game he played bad Kansas struggled in. Aldrich wasn't anywhere near the force this year (especially later in the season) as he was early. I think they will actually be better next year (with or w/o X).

Tyshawn Taylor will be fine at point with Johnson as his backup (Johnson is good enough he should have got more PT this year). Morningstar, Reed, and CJ Henry will play the 2 spot, Releford and Little (Both Redshirted this year; Little is a Senior how the hell Self got him to RS I don't know) will play the Wing (assuming X goes pro). Morris Brothers still good inside with 7' Withey and 6'9" Robinson. They will be deep and talented again next year. That doesn't include Woolridge comming in as a Frosh.

I love it!

Big time Bracket Buster.

At ESPN, out of 4.8 million brackets.

98% had Kansas in the Sweet 16
59% had them in the Final Four
42% had them winning it all

There's at least 4 pros on that team that get significant minutes. Nice try dude. They were the better talented team by far and just got beat. Nice you can already look to next year. Quick greiving process. If I was a KU fan I would be ****** right now and not defending that game.

btw, what would the overall ratings of those teams be in HD? there would definitely be a flaming thread if that was a computer sim game.

Way to continue to make excuses for the loss "Our players weren't as good as they were hyped up to be"

100% bullsh*t. Simple as that.

Maybe Kansas will start to realize they have a recruiter who can't coach at the helm of the program. Nothing makes me happier then when Kansas loses.

Kansas had a million times more talent then UNI, to make excuses about "Our players weren't as good as they were hyped up to be", why not just say it "We played a terrible game that shouldn't even have been close and got beat by a very well coached team, something our team lacks"

Way to go to UNI and Jacobson, I sincerely hope he has no desire to go to Iowa City, he has UNI in very good shape now and in the coming years it would be a huge mistake to jump to the Hawkeyes.

Yay MVC :)

THAt UNI team can play some mean defense. Just. . .textbook.

You gotta love Northern Iowa's mutton chop man.

Watched them against Siena earlier this year, I knew they were good, didn't think they were this good tho.

And that Farokhmanesh kid is good, great shot. He buried a few deep ones against Siena as well, very confident.
