Glitch in recruiting and CS doing nothing Topic

Maybe if you waited until posting what the problem is and then accepting feedback, people would be nice..but a post saying "I'm mad at CS, I can't tell you why but trust me they suck and I'm very angry and I am cussing them out but again I can't say why" is not constructive in any way and amounts to nothing more than just complaining to complain.

Nothing has changed with regards to recruiting other than the logic to create the recruits

i'd be okay if CS explained how i was wrong in detail, but this one sentence response is outrageous.

i understand that but i've written 4 messages and haven't heard from them since 3:37 pm. they may not like the tone of my message, but they also shouldn't ignore the problem. fourty mins til the 8pm session and all i get is silence.

Or, just maybe, other coaches may be sending in tickets, and yours isn't the only one? Could that be it? No need to get all bent out of shape just because you aren't on speed dial.

People aren't jumping on a let's insult a coach bandwagon. They are responding to you acting like a jerk and saying that you're shooting multiple, profanity-laced tickets. Hopefully you can appreciate the difference.

If I were you, I would sitemail a handful of vet coaches in that world that don't have teams in your division and see if they're experiencing the same problem. Call me crazy, but that might be more constructive than cussing out CS.

Also, if you think every ticket is going to be answered within a couple of hours, you're crazy.

Once again why would you even dare call me a jerk when all i'm saying is that i'm experiencing a problem and cs is slow to respond. i'm the one who offered the info that my latest comments wear profanity laced. the point of that being was not to come off as a jerk, but to honestly let everyone know how livid i am with the treatment i'm getting from cs on this issue.

Hopefully you can appreciate the difference.

the last part of your comments actually makes sense, and i have been in contact with one coach so far.

I said that you're acting like a jerk because it appears to me that you're acting like a jerk, sending multiple profanity-laced tickets.

Wow I'm surprised they are even responding to tickets on a saturday afternoon. I would not say they are slow to respond if you have gotten a same afternoon response.
I am not a WIS apologist, but if you are going to post a problem,

1 You need to explain the nature of the problem in the first post.

2. You don't need to cuss out CS.

For a new ticket, it can be 24 hours or more for a response. They seem to respond faster when it's an ongoing conversation.

Also, they've always had limited response on weekends. I'm not sure of the CS hours, but I've always waited longer for a response on Saturday or Sunday.

Earth to uglyskunk: Tell us exactly what the situation is and maybe we can help. It's pretty rare that an unexplained glitch happens during recruiting.

You don't need to name the players, just give more details about the apparent problem.

Reading between the very vague lines you've given us, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you are way more behind than you thought in your recruiting battle and that is why your visits are being rejected.

If you're referring to being on a guy's list and him not accepting visits, it happens. It happened to me in Tark last season and it happens, it's not a glitch. If not, well, I was not very helpful.

Ummmm, i'm pretty sure i've got this email before. I just assumed a representative showed up to pick him up from home to bring him to our school or something..

I don't see how this leads him to thinking that he should be on his list? normally if you're far enough behind to get rejected 1 visit wont make a lick of difference.
