There's really nothing he can say. The fact that he's willing to pay me to go away tells exactly how strong his case is. He can't explain away why it was all done under the table. For being such a great thing he's doing, he's got an interesting way of executing it. If the league is that in favor of it, he'd be racing to get a vote done to try to shut me up. Instead he's buying it.

I can send them a site mail from you saying you don't support it. Pretty easy to rig a site mail to say whatever you want it to. Why would anybody be embarrassed for supporting you? Nobody has been attacked by me or anybody else for supporting it, but a few have been attacked for voicing opinions against it.

I'm pretty sure if harthj's objections to your rules are on record, he cannot be forced to abide by them as he was a world member PRIOR to the new rules.   So, in reality, he holds that card.  And trust me, I know what you have to do to have someone removed against their will.

If the new regime doesn't actually change any league win requirements or the like, and merely set up a committee to review violations of the pre-existing rules, this card is worthless. There's no new rule for him to abide or not abide by, just a new system of adjudication.

If it's a win requirement, there really isn't anything for them to discuss.   No matter how you slice it, a win is a win.   And if the committee is somehow deciding owner A with 58 wins is allowed to stay but owner B with 58 wins must go, there's a problem beyond who decides.
