Ideally, support should be aware of it as soon as the games, err, don't sim.  WIS has so many users that it really shouldn't be a situation where nothing is fixed or even addressed until the morning crew shuffles in.

IF this crew ever worked for me heads would be turning, it is not like this is the first or second or third time....Management needs to look at the staff/sim issues closely and have a overnight person at least to monitor the program.  Maybe its time to bring in some new blood to headquarters, any job openings?

my suggestion is to include stats again in the "who gets drafted" logic. 
far too many higher rated soph and junior bench players are declaring for the draft which doesn't even remotely mimic real life.
