I know I'm not in this conference, but I was skimming forums for any tips or anything, and I saw the offense and defense rating and just wondered what formula you use to do this. If you don't mind sharing, could you possibly sitemail it to me? Thanks.

It's actually a pretty simple formula: points per 100 possessions.  There are a couple different formulas for possessions, so I'd google it and choose the one you like best.

What's stopping you GM?  Last year carlbuzz almost joined because he was so fed up with his simAI dominated conference (he went d2 instead).  We'd love to have you and there are some pretty damn good teams opening up.
