A player will not transfer just because you RS him. The only time he will is if he's a recruit that you just signed and made promises to.

A player to whom no promises have been made,  who is unhappy with playing time may also transfer. I lost one that way last season.

have you ever rs a senior?  mine took a we hit all the way to 1.
