The Shaolin will be vastly better this season, although still almost certain to finish outside the playoffs which is a testament to just how putrid they were last season.  I got the exact three players I was hoping for in Shaq, Jon Barry and Brent Price, and the Divac-for-Hardaway trade helped also.  We have more points and way more assists...still low on minutes, though.
