An Addicted Users Update From The World Reporter: The season is only 25 games old yet there has been a no-hitter thrown, 2 players have hit for the cycle, and two players have put up outstanding single game RBI totals.

The Charlotte Jordans have been a huge surprise early in the season after struggling the past 3 seasons. But nothing they have shown so far was more shocking than the 16-0 shellacking of San Juan as youngster Domingo Santos thru the season’s first no-hitter. Santos has been one of the reasons for Charlottes good start as he has posted a 3-0 record with a sub 2.00 ERA in his 5 starts.

Boston’s Craig Velandia, is a superstar with HOF potential and his 5 hit, 2 HR, 7 RBI performance vs. Chicago gave notice to the world that he wasn’t resting on his laurels this season and was ready to again ravage any and all hurlers willing to toe the rubber opposite him.

Buffalo’s Michael McDonald has been a solid ML contributor for 10 yrs now. However his biggest numbers were put up his 1st four big league seasons. At 32, he seems to have either rededicated himself to the game or is determined to show he shouldn’t be forgotten. None of his previous success however prepared anyone for the numbers he put up against Santa Fe when he was 3 for 3 with a double, 2 HR, and 9 RBI’s.

Other News: The Chicago Cosby Sweaters appear to be determined to set records for loses in a season as they have stumbled out of the blocks, 3-22. Word has not come down from the Commissioner’s office on rule changes that will go into effect next season. However, a problem with the Norfolk organization has caused a much needed rule for roster minimums in the MiL’s to go into effect immediately. Further sanctions against this franchise may be forthcoming.
