I offered the scholarship in the 2nd or 3rd recruiting cycle.  I'm hoping he takes a RS to get his Def and Spd up before I throw him into the lineup.

What was the response after the 10 minutes of playing time offer and I wouldn't discuss the RS with him just yet, wait until after you sign him. Just go up to 15 minutes on your next offer if you need to, and than try 20 minutes if you have to. Oh, after the 10 minute offer, is he considering you yet.
