Still in, vote to draft franchise

I want to draft a franchise too, and I am in only for 16, not 12.

I'm in josh, can take 2 teams as well if need be to get to 16.

I'm in for 16, but I cant take two teams.

Ok, just need 1 more and we can get going. Franchises will be drafted. Draft order will be random. Second franchises for an owner will be drafted last. I'll be gone most of Tuesday and Wednesday. If we get another owner in before I get back, someone can ask a non-participating Hall of Famer to post a draft order and we can begin. If my turn comes up, just skip it.

Any suggestions or changes need to be in place before we start drafting franchises. Hopefully the format works out well, and it can be tweaked after we run it for a season. Thanks all!

RIVALRY BONUS
After leagues are aligned, each team will be assigned a rival. The winner of the season series gets 5 points. If the series is split, no points. If there are not equal numbers of teams at each cap, the team whose rival has a higher cap only needs to split the series to get the bonus.

Okay since josh is gone I will help out. Both of you are in and fill us up. Theyard said he only wanted one team. If anyone else wants in, please post and they can have my 2nd team or josh's 2nd team as I know he wouldn't mind giving it up. I am getting a HOF to get a draft order randomly done and then we can start draft tonight.
