I tell you what I've spent a lot of time thinking about this league. I'm buzzed right now but please bear with me. . . WHY NOT ALLOW TEAMS TO COMBINE THE SF POSITION BETWEEN THE TWO SCHOOLS? THE PGs and SGs must all come from one school. The PFs and C's must all come from one school? Also the SFs can play at either PG,SG,.PF or the C position if,  and only if, they are 100% at any other of those positions.

Just asking? I am interested.
You CAN do this.  Anyone with a 100% eff. at C/PF/SF can be selected from your FC school and may play any position on your team (so if they are also 100% at SG, you play them there).  Anyone with a 100% eff. at SG/SG/SF can be selected from your BC school and play anywhere.

Thank you all3. If that is indeed the case then I am strongly considering this league. The concept is very cool. I must readjust my mind and open up to all of the possibilities before choosing my schools.

All3 speaks the truth.  Many, many competitive options are available.  I keep hoping Appleseed, the reigning King of Alumni Hoops joins us just so I can see which teams he takes.

Okay I'll try this one. I will take Oregon State back court and University of Houston front court. Thanks.

Very scenic, and a nice logo.

Yes, I'm a terrible speller. And thanks for reminding of it in such subtle way ff09.

Would lowering the cap to 44 mil bring more people into this league?  That would eliminate what appears to be thoughts that there is a big school advantage here.

At that cap, I could toss UCLA FC and MSU BC back in the mix.  That would probably get 2 more owners to enter.

Or just ban KU, UCLA, UNC & Duke and start the process over.
Same order for choosing teams so those already in
get same advantage.

Allowing MJ, Wilt and Kareem will be a tough
league to fill.

Another issue is many of the best players did not go to
college, so there are only a few greats to choose from (unless you remove the schools mentioned above).

How about all players from any 2 schools, no exact duplicates?

sweg ... why not?  put me down for Illinois (backcourt) and LSU (front court).  May change it after I play with the roster a bit, but this looks like fun.

unfortunately, looks like it may be a challenge to fill, though.
