At the end of the last season, I qualified for half of the Big 6 openings with prestige at C or lower. Real world term, I started coaching at 30 in D3, coaching Nebraska or Seton Hall at 39. 

To be fair this resume shouldn't be used as an example for it not being hard.

But that resume is straight from D2 to Big 6. My Phelan resume is much less impressive and I qualified from D3 straight to low end D1 three seasons before I made the plunge. So at the end of season 37, I was qualified for D+ D1 teams. Obviously I returned thinking I can net an NC or two, which didn't happen but I came close.

No ... it used to do that in GD and it was changed in the last update.  I am pretty sure it has never impacted it in HD ... at least not for a while.
