1963 Early Wynn

The new rule of having to take one of the three highest salaried seasons of your player has already added more than one ramification to this league.

1. It limits who you choose as a player. - I had at least 3 players I wanted to take for this league that the version I wanted was their 4th highest salary.
2. It gives those who picked relief pitchers an early advantage in the draft since those players typically have cheaper seasons and we draft by salary.
3. Initial salaries starting out are higher which means the cheaper seasons of all the players become more appealing if you want to keep your draft position lower.

I'm thinking the 16 nominated players will have a more direct impact in this version of the league than in previous ones.

I foresee a lot of owners having to take scrub teammates to get themselves under the cap, as opposed to past seasons where teammates usually pull you up to the cap.
