I use these two guys as tandem B's currently (their ERA's are a little inflated because I moved to Tucson this sesaon - a big time hitter's park - and they started slowly).

Both are on pace for 180-200 IP this season.  It takes active managing to keep them pitching, since I rotate 4 other starters, but they are certainly getting their leverage innings in.  The help keep the IP down for the other starters also so I can run a 4-man rotation around them. 

Extra inning games can sometimes interrupt that pattern, though so it helps to have a capable spot starter in your LR role.
