Does anyone know if the info we get from scouting trips still plays in to the early-entry process?  For example, if the kid gives the $20 bill to the streetwalker instead of killing her and leaving her in an alley, is he less likely to leave early?

I think I've been watching too much Criminal Minds.

"Thanks for the note. KB article #762 explains how underclassmen decide on whether to enter the draft:
All players are ranked based on ratings, national awards (e.g. All-American team), team wins, division, and prestige. Underclassmen then make their decision based on where they project combined with their current class. So a sophomore would require a higher projection than a junior in order for them to leave for the draft."
Keep pushing past this initial, first-level BS. Get to seble on this.

That reasoning listed by CS runs completely contrary to how early entries seem to actually work in practice.
