nice..thanks evil

1) sixernuggets (1) - Wilt Chamberlain, Dirk Nowitzki, Brent Barry

this is the exact trio that capnzen went with in the odl draft....its an amazing trio imo that could become insanely good if you use the right seasons of wilt and dirk and give them the right supporting cast...capn didnt do either and thats why i doubt hes even going to make the playoffs....this could be your chance to make break out of your doormat status sixer...dont mess it up

2) jethroeg - Moses Malone, Kevin McHale, Maurice Cheeks

jethro! finally! moses wouldnt be my 2nd choice but at least you took a top 5 guy for once with a top 5 pick...mchale was a grreeeat pick, hes an elite ncih52 player and should never make it out of the 2nd round.....cheeks was a sh!tty pick but hey..2 outa 3 aint bad...baby steps

3) jakotay - Michael Jordan, Swen Nater, Tyson Chandler

pretty sure jakotay isnt even drafting this team...should just make it ncih(2)...really nice job of taking care of the boards early...chandler helps makes up for naters awful defense too...pretty weird nater went in the 2nd in the ncih52 and in the 4th in the odl...youd think thatd be the other way around(not that nater should ever get out of the 3rd anyway)

4) sixernuggets (2) - Bill Russell, Steve Nash, Wesley Person

yea..you pretty much f*cked yourself by taking russell 4th overall....theres really no benefit at all to taking him that early...you dont need minutes that bad in the ncih52...only reason for taking russell is if you were dead set on taking a guy like dirk or amare or mchale...you took nash/person...fail

5) katernberg - LeBron James, Gerald Wallace, Mel Daniels

already did your team...still love it

6) banditone - David Robinson, Clyde Drexler, Larry Nance

passing up rodman is tough but if you want a chance to get an elite paint scorer(who can defend and board too) you had to pull the trigger so i understand the pick...drexler and nance are super solid picks that play both ends of the floor...really nice start...you have such good d right now maybe you wont have to double team every game haha...nah i know you will anyway

7) bluenote75 - Dennis Rodman, Paul Pierce, Amare Stoudamire

and again we get the rodman/amare combo....so perfect...well done bluenote.....pierce probably went later then he should....great 1/2 inside-outside scoring punch along with the best rebounder....can we trade teams? ill give you my guys and the rest of my picks

8) xxevilivexx (1) - Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Donyell Marshall, Mookie Blaylock

must have been a tough choice between kareem/shaq/howard....cant go wrong either way...those 3 and drob are 5-9 best players imo....donyell is the ultimate 3...ive had a sim-crush on him for awhile.....im not a mookie fan cause i think he shoots too much but i can see why others love him...i thought there were more talented players here but he is pretty unique with the 3s/defense combo....solid start evil

I really wanted to keep my defense strong while still gaining 3's and some assists. I'll be honest in admitting that my primary target was to gain Gerald Wallace and put him at Shooting Guard and I'd have passed on Mookie. I've never personally used the guy, but he boards well enough, has some assists and if I play this correct, he'll be my 3rd highest usage. I actually haven't used any of these guys. I noticed how much Kareem has been killing it on the score sheets and I am a fan as a result. I just hope I can keep my defense as strong as I'd like. I've spent under 27 Million, have 911 3pa and I plan on using the Mookie that has a 26.7 Ast% so I have a usable passer already. My biggest weakness is that the 2nd and 3rd round picks don't get to the charity stripe enough and my team shooting from the line is horrendous.

1-2-3

    Name Team Pos Usage% 2pt%# 3pt%# eFG% OReb% DReb% Ast% Stl% Blk%
    Magic Johnson 89-90 Lakers PG 24.8 50.9 38.3 52.6 4.8 13.8 35.8 1.9 0.6
    Kevin Durant 09-10 Thunder SG 32.2 50.2 36.4 51.4 3.6 17.1 9.2 1.6 1.5
    Marques Johnson 77-78 Bucks SF 21.4 53.2 32.2 53.1 10.3 20.0 7.2 1.3 1.9

lower efg% than I like... but that's what happens when you build back court first.  The part I really like is the foul drawing ability of my high usage guys.  Solid defense all around, too.

I need some board-hitting bigs.

anfernee brings all the things i want so far in a floor general. he will be setting up the 2200 min version of vince carter, and then carter's back-up, danny granger. happy to have gotten walton to compliment big ben. they bring different things to the table, and some of the same things too. good def so far.

drafting carlos boozer as my frontcourt backup instead of a sf, ensures me of solid paint scoring. connie hawkins has low usage at 14.6 as does big ben. these two, along with walton, will start and frees up the big guns of carter, granger and boozer. also, i think penny will be a more consistent scorer

by using the 2200 min version of vince carter (better %'s, more intense) enables the drafting of danny granger with his high usage and perimeter shooting prowess. really like granger and boozer coming off the bench. keeps an even flow of scoring at a very efficient rate.

i think this is a well-balanced team with good rebounding (4700+ dreb and 1200 oreb) and rebounding %'s. 2024 dimes. still need a pg back-up for penny.

I feel i'm off to a good start. in a 52 mil league, it's always fun to be able to draft quality back-ups. will be fun to find big ben's back-up and big red's. anfernee brings all the things i want so far in a floor general. he will be setting up my tier one scorer who i will draft on the turnaround. with my 4th round guy, the usage will fall into place with penny being the no.2 scorer. happy to have gotten walton to compliment big ben. they bring different things to the table, and some of the same things too. good def so far.
