Not to nit pick, but 20 is the high end of average. For example, you'll never see somebody with an 80 rating having high potential, but you see 79.

yeah, I couldn't remember - I know the old pre-season asst coaches report showed a different top end by a point, and guessed the wrong way...

Yea I had a freshman with a 79 and high potential and as soon as he hit 80 he went to average.
