i am the gillispie variants. at one time i had coach_billyg, gillispie, gillispie1, and gillispie2 all active. now i have just 2 teams. i never really supported more than 4, and even with 4, i had 2 primaries, and 2 who were just BS teams. they did alright but there was a very obvious difference between my main teams and my secondary teams. for the last couple years, until recently, ive had 0 primary teams, and just 3-4 backups. so time wise, i don't put in as much to my teams as many people think. in the past 2 years, ive probably spent 10 hours on the forums for every 1 hour spent on my teams. now im getting back down to a much more reasonable 1:1 ratio :) well, im not quite there, but getting closer!

What's most important to having successful teams apart from recruiting the best players? Scheduling, game plan, having the correct offense/defense for your team, etc.?

Will you explain your certain players fitting better in certain offenses theory (EX: a perimeter guy working better in the triangle than the flex)? It's some very valuable info!

Would you take the time to look over my player settings thread below?  It's pretty long, so nobody has yet bothered to respond to it (if anyone actually finished reading it).  And that's the abbreviated version.  Anyway, your advice would carry as much weight as anyone else's possibly could, if not more.
