Personally, I'd rather a new owner have at least an average amount in ADV so that he can develop his own baseline and plan accordingly. Better than that I'd like to see HBD change ADV entirely so that ADV is more meaningful.

New owners with low ADV or owners who don't understand how to work low ADV can be problematic when it comes to trade.   Not their deals but others by using the veto.
