Scouting trips at D3 are SUPER useful. With ratings starting so low its really big to know if a guy will improve 20-25 points with a low-high potential or 26-90 points with high. I've had a guy go from 11 to 85 in LP with the 'sky's the limit' message....over 5 seasons of course.
