When does the draft start? What time each day are picks allowed to be made?  In other words, if somebody doesn't make his first pick in day one, when can the second person make his pick for that year?  12:01 am?

the way I read it,,since we are all picking a different year on day 1,,we have 24 hours to make our pick.

The rules say you can pick anytime during the day so no time slots. A suggestion that maybe you can't jump ahead the next day until sometime in the morning? Say 9-10 est?

I think you should be able to pick for the next day at 12:01 AM.  The person who picjed before you for that year had a full 24 hours to pick.

So, on day one, does everyone pick for the year they have a # 1 pick, and so on? That's the only system that let's an owner make his pick at any time of the day.

Yes, that's correct shysters.

I just want to know when can the person who misses a pick, be skipped?  12:01 am the next day or at some predefined early  morning time?  I like slim senior's suggestion.  24 hours should be enough time to make a selection.

Another question.  The no trades rule makes sense during the season.  What about during the draft?  I could see situations where two people may find a reason to swap players/draft slots, as long as each person ends up with a player per year.
